Currently, setting up the project using the archetypes requires users to manually install and configure Storm locally. This can be cumbersome, especially for new contributors.
It would be neat, to include a docker-compose.yaml file in the Maven archetypes to simplify local setup and reduce manual steps. This would allow developers to quickly spin up the required services without having to follow detailed setup instructions.

The new documentation will contain a sample setup for the default archetype in it's quickstart section. So I think, we would need to
1. Copy that sample setup into the default archetype + provide commands to run a topology
2. Edit the sample setup for the open search case + provide similar commands to run a topology (for injecting seeds + running the crawl)
Should be pretty straightforward but add much value to bootstrap new users.
