akshayrai opened a new pull request #4312: [TE] Clean up POM - Upgrade Dropwizard, Commons package and others

   Changes:
   1. Upgrade Dropwizard to the latest stable version and fix compatibility issues
   2. Clean up and use jackson-core and jackson-databind dependencies pulled by Dropwizard
   3. Deprecate `commons-configuration` and use `commons-configuration2`
   4. Deprecate `commons-lang` and use `commons-lang3`
   5. Deprecate `commons-collections` and use `commons-collections4`
   6. Move `com.wordnik` to `io.swagger`
   7. Move `io.federico` to `com.smoketurner`
   8. Upgrade Jetty version
   
   Tests:
   - Builds successfully with all the unit tests
   - Deployed and tested on local box
