results explanation

Hello,

I tried to extract concepts from generated result (in attachment), but I'm
confused now. Could you please explain me the structure of the provided
result?
I tried to annotate simple text:

How can I extract information about number of concepts' occurrence in
annotated text (i.e. how many times discovered concepts occurs in text), and/or
weight of discovered concept (for example TFIDF)?
