daniel, I dont understand your comment, this issue was created 2 days after the board passed Flex as a TLP, the resolution is in the agenda file.
OR, are we held up for over 2 weeks so far becuase no december board_minutes_* file exists yet? 
If so, it sucks that our process is held up outside of infra control due to a process we rely on for our scripts.
