As per http://www.codedread.com/svgtest.svg, Batik 1.7 only shows support for
two SVG 1.0 feature strings and no SVG 1.1 or 1.2 feature strings, though Batik
supports a very large portion of the spec. Batik should be updated to support
all applicable feature strings.

The SVG 1.0 feature strings have been fixed up and the 1.1 feature strings
added.
