DUCC may appear to install and start, but Database will be "down".  This is because when system command /usr/bin/nslookup is not present OR will not properly create and maintain its orchestrator_properties_table, which ducc-mon reads to tell if DB is alive.

Therefore, ducc_post_install should fail if /usr/bin/nslookup is not present.  OS is not config'd enough!  Use, for example, yum -y install "bind-utils to add missing executable to Red Hat 7 install.
