requesting bugzilla admin access for fop project

i'd like to request bugzilla admin privileges for the fop project in order
to make various administrative changes, such as adding/editing versions,
components, etc.

i also have no idea how to do this, so i thought i'd start here, and you

I'm fine with you having access, but isn't this the wrong place to 
request it? I think you need to request it on infrastructure@ At least I 
have no idea how to action this and am not an Admin of Bugzilla myself. 
So even if infrastructure@ isn't the right place they will tell you 
where to get this actioned.
