Royale 0.9.9 on npm is broken

I just tried installing both @apache-royale/royale-js
and @apache-royale/royale-js-swf from npm, and they seem to be missing
pretty much everything. I think it's just the npm glue parts.

For reference, here are the file size differences between 0.9.8 and 0.9.9:

royale-js 0.9.8 is 158 MB
royale-js 0.9.9 is 787 bytes
royale-js-swf 0.9.8 is 190 MB
royale-js-swf 0.9.9 is 27.2 KB

Looks like that is the reason [1]. If @OmPrakash Muppirala<ma...@gmail.com>, does not respond I suggest to deprecate the package.

I have noticed @OmPrakash Muppirala<ma...@gmail.com> was one of the maintainers, could that be the reason?

I probably missed something when manually uploading it. There is a thread around the time of the release how 2FA has messed up our script.
