-------------------------------------

Team,

Need your help on my issue and i followed entire thread. (Note : for me it is not possible to upgrade my version to 3.1 for now)

i am using spark 2.4 and getting the same issue while connecting with Kerberos Oracle data base..

1) When i run from local machine with keytab cache Spark job is running fine.

2) When i run this  kubernetes platform , it throws with an exception as kerberos principle account authentication failed .

am using ojdbc8 jar to connect Oracle data base.

This issue comes like sporadic some times  it is connected and some times it is not connected.  Am not why this inconsistency with 2.4 version.  Please can you suggest is there any work around on this with 2.4 version ?

>
> When loading DataFrames from JDBC datasource with Kerberos authentication, remote executors (yarn-client/cluster etc. modes) fail to establish a connection due to lack of Kerberos ticket or ability to generate it.
> This is a real issue when trying to ingest data from kerberized data sources (SQL Server, Oracle) in enterprise environment where exposing simple authentication access is not an option due to IT policy issues.
