[ANNOUNCE] Apache ActiveMQ 6.2.4 has been released!

The ActiveMQ team is pleased to announce the Apache ActiveMQ 6.2.4 release.

This is a maintenance release on the ActiveMQ 6.2.x series, including:
- ensure AMQP protocol marshals messages before passing to broker
- several MQTT fixes
- properly handle SSL handshake updates
