build(deps): bump uuid to 13.0.1 in /storm-webapp
Pin the transitive uuid dependency to 13.0.1 via an npm overrides entry,
replacing the resolved 8.3.2. uuid is a peer dependency of
vis-network/vis-data and is not used directly by Storm; 13.0.1 stays
within their peer range.
