Try the Summary Report Listener. It has a column titled "KB/sec".

Refer to
http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/component_reference.html#listeners
for information on how to monitor Jmeter's performance.

after setting the httpclient.socket.http.cps=12800 and executing the test
plan thru jmeter
which report or how will come to know that network bandwidth is less than
or more than required 100kbps?

To emulate a bandwidth of, say 100kbps, define a CPS of
( 100 * 1024 ) / 8, i.e. 100kB divided by 8, so, that would be
httpclient.socket.http.cps=12800.
