If you were so kind to tell us which error message?

For the JavaFlow stuff it can easily be a classloader issue: BCEL, 
XSTLC, RegExp.

For the flowscript, too, but there is only one problematic package: Rhino.

But maybe it's just an endorsed libs issue.
