[users@httpd] mod_proxy

I need some help with mod_proxy in apache 2. I have setup a reverse proxy but I need to block one url. 
Is proxyblock blocking only machines or urls also? If I try to block everything (ProxyBlock *) it is working, but when I try to block a word in url it is not.
Another question is about ProxyPass. Is it only blocking directorys or can I use it to block partial urls also?
