[users@httpd] SSL encryption errors on certain browsers

I'm using 128 bit encryption for my SSL and have had trouble with certain
browsers accessing it. on the PC IE 5.00 and earlier run into "secure
channel errors" and apparently all versions of IE on the Mac have the same
problem. This doesn't affect a huge portion of my customer base, but it's
enough to think about. Has anyone dealt with this issue before and have any
ideas?
