Where did MessageBoxAppender go?

Back around Oct. 2004 I contributed an appender; MessgeBoxAppender.  I moved 
work places and just downloaded 1.2.9 and noticed MessgeBoxAppender is not 
included.  Was there a problem with it?  Is this not something I should 
continue to do?

I just want to make sure that if something bad was found I don't keep making 
the same mistake.

Or did it just not get into a build yet?

Just asking.
