How to redirect community.zones.apache.org to the new volunteers page?

Hi,

Once [1] is merged we'll need to redirect the following URLs to it:

- https://community.zones.apache.org/map.html
- https://community.zones.apache.org

(and more maybe, did I miss something?)

I haven't touched that zone server in ages, maybe never, can someone
help make that happen?

The redirects should go to

https://community.apache.org/contributors/asf-volunteers.html

which is not live yet, but soon.

IIUC the source code of those apps is at [2] but I haven't found
information on how to access the zone that runs them.
