It looks like the new version only works with C2.0 - are there 
any plans to make the changes available in C1.x as well, as
there are many of us who will be continuing to use this for
quite some time.

I guess you meant 2.2 and 2.1, right ?

Anyway, there is an error when using it with C2.1 (this was already 
mentioned on this list), but I didn't look deep into it: anyone taking it ?
