[ANNOUNCE] Ross Laidlaw as new Apache OODT PMC member and committer

The Apache OODT PMC recently VOTEd to add Ross Laidlaw to our ranks, and as a committer

I'm from England and I live in east London with my wife and 3 month
old son.  At the moment I'm studying for a masters degree in Software
Engineering.  I previously graduated a while ago with an MEng in
Electronic Engineering and spent some time working for BAE Systems on
the defense systems for the Typhoon aircraft.

It's a great honor for me to be accepted as a member and committer to
OODT.  Thank you so much for this opportunity!  I look forward to
