[GitHub] incubator-ponymail issue #230: Bug: import-mbox.py allows invalid lid

GitHub user sebbASF opened an issue:

    Bug: import-mbox.py allows invalid lid

import-mbox does not validate the --lid parameter.
In particular it allows dev@ponymail.x.y, however that is not a valid list id.

Whereas edit-list.py silently converts such lids to dev.ponymail.x.y.
    As do copy-list and archiver.
    import-mbox should do the same.

Maybe this should be a common function.
