Well, there is always MVFS, ClearCase's virtual file system.  While it can be made case insensitive, don't count on it.  So, in other words, there is
a (are some?) filesystem(s) on win32 which can be case sensitive.

True. However, if you're using Windows and don't make MVFS case-insensitive, is
it likely that you'll have serious problems anyway? When our company switched
to ClearCase, the instructions that were sent around for installing it had said
"IMPORTANT: you need to turn on case-insensitivity" etc.
