So far only reindexing on message failures are being reported in the additional details of the tasks. But sometimes, we can have errors on the mailbox level and we currently miss this information.

We need to:

- Add a mailbox failures field listing ids of mailboxes we failed to reindex.
- Update the reindexing process for the failed mailboxes to be indexed again when we run the ErrorRecoveryTask.
- Unit test + integration test.
