Log:
Separating clearparser models. They are huge and aren't necessary during runtime.
This makes exclusion a lot easier.

+This resource module contains a 230MB clearparser model that is not necessary for projects that have ctakes dependency upon ctakes-dependency-parser.
+To enable those projects to decrease their disk footprint the 230MB model has been moved to this module.
