## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Acceptance test started failing recently due to `DISK_OUT_OF_SPACE` error from datanodes. It turns out 5GB is still left, so container (1GB) could have been created, but datanode wanted to preserve free space. This change reduces the minimum free remaining space which is required when creating containers to 100MB from default 5GB.
Also, remove Ozone binary tarball (~350MB) after extraction to really free up some space.
