can't access app in browser after running tests

I have a very strange issue - maybe someone has seen it here.

After running my cactus tests with or without tomcat running, I can't access
my app through a browser.  Rather, nothing is returned to the browser - just
a blank screen - even though requests are still processed by Tomcat.

Any ideas are appreciated,

I don't know if this is the same thing, but I had
something similar with iAS6.5 on unix....

BTW...Form-auth now works in the nightly build minus
this issue...
