The Apache Tcl PMC determined to move the subproject mod_tcl to the Attic. This project hasn't produced any artifact in years (it's reported to compile on Apache2.0), their original developers apparently abandoned the project and despite my repeated invitation nobody stepped forward to take it over. We also recently shut down the mailing list for lack of any activity. Furthermore the name 'mod_tcl'  might lead a newcomer into thinking that's the current mainstream module to develop in Tcl with the Apache HTTP Webserver.
