[I] [7.0.0-RC2] Filter value cannot be display and selete in mobile experiecne mode. [superset]

### Bug description
The mobile experience mode is the most expected change from my side and when I tired it against 7.0.0 rc2, I found the filter value cannot be display correctly (displayed but gone immediately) and filter value cannot be selected. I thought it would be compatibility issue, however, when I tired several browsers like chrome, safari etc, the issue can be repo all the time.

Hi, I'd like to work on this. The mobile filter Drawer in DashboardBuilder locks focus, while SelectFilterPlugin's getSelectPopupContainer renders the dropdown into document.body, so it loses focus and closes. I'd keep filter popups inside the drawer in mobileMode and add a test.
