[jira] Created: (SHINDIG-941) Add xmlns attributes to tags per the XSD

Add xmlns attributes to <response> tags per the XSD
---------------------------------------------------

                 Key: SHINDIG-941
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-941
             Project: Shindig
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Java
    Affects Versions: trunk
            Reporter: Paul Lindner
            Assignee: Paul Lindner
             Fix For: trunk

The opensocial xsd specifies that <response> tags should contain the opensocial XML namespace.

We should add this to the output and adjust tests accordingly.
