   Getting the dreaded _row_ error again when bringing the containers up....because SQL alchemy in these images seems to be stuck on version 1.3 instead of the minimum requirement of 1.4
   
   ImportError: cannot import name 'Row' from 'sqlalchemy.engine' (/usr/local/lib/python3.8/site-packages/sqlalchemy/engine/__init__.py)
