Review comment:
       I am concern here to mix to functionalities into one method. Why don't we just separate these two functionalities and move under the table endpoint? E.g:
   `PUT /namespaces/{namespace}/tables/{table}/rename`
   `PUT /namespaces/{namespace}/tables/{table}/move`
