Quick true or false question:

Regardless of what has been done before, the
m1-ibiblio-rsync-repository should not contain snapshots.

That commons-discovery-0.2-dev.jar looks like a snapshot to me

True.

I've a script that looks for such things, but haven't gotten around to
hooking it up to notifying people of problems.
