[PR] Remove duplicate LOGGER field in MavenArchiver [maven-archiver]
ascheman opened a new pull request, #417:

`MavenArchiver` declares `private static final Logger LOGGER` twice — two independently merged PRs each added it — so `master` fails to compile:

MavenArchiver.java: variable LOGGER is already defined in class org.apache.maven.shared.archiver.MavenArchiver
```
This drops the redundant declaration, keeping the single `LOGGER` at the top of the class. Fixes the red `Verify` build on master (seen on `ubuntu jdk-17-zulu 4.0.0-rc-7`).
