weblogic 8.1 sp3 with struts2

I am getting a NPE after the action return a success.  My struts.xml has the location but org.apache.struts2.dispatcher.ServletDispatcherResult is saying that the location is null and I get a result 'null' not found on the screen.

Weblogic 8.1 sp3
Jrocket 1.4
struts2 j4

any ideas any one?
