[users@httpd] server tuning
Hello All
This might not be exactly an apache topic but I would say related.
Is there a good reference for tuning a redhat server that is using
apache 2.0.52?
I have looked at the apache performance tuning (
http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/misc/perf-tuning.html )
was looking for more pointers
Suggestions ?

System
P4 2.6GHz
Mainly web server (it is a secondary qmail and djbdns server)
RH Linux 9
kernel 2.4
both static and dynamic content
use perl (cgi) and php for dynamic content.
Question - does mod_perl help a lot for dynamic content performance?
Thanks

need to know more about your system, what else does your server do (mail,
etc?), how many users do you have (i.e. how many visits), what hardware do
you have, do you have more static or more dynamic content, if dynamic, what
kind (php/perl/java/ssi/...)?
