   Once we have #48 and this PR anyone will be able to start Apache Kibble by simply running:
   ```
   docker-compose -f docker-compose-dev.yaml up setup
   docker-compose -f docker-compose-dev.yaml up ui
   ```
   This should be enough for development purposes 👍
