    ### Description
    
    DigitalOcean API v1 reached EOL November 9, 2015. It's code paths can/should be removed.

    WIP: I still need to clean up the docs, but want to make sure that this is on the right track.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/andrewsomething/libcloud LIBCLOUD-857_Remove_DO_APIv1

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
