do we want these changes to companyHeader.fo.ftl?
Hi -
I'm going to add a few more lines to my companyHeader.fo.ftl used in
PDFs:
Primary Phone Number of the Company
Billing Phone Number of the Company
Main Fax Number
Main Web URL address
Do you want this in the companyHeader.fo.ftl, or are these too
customized, and I'll keep them for myself?

I thank that if you make it so that when the data is not available it will not
show, including the title, everybody should be ok with it...

Ah yes - I see web url and primary phone #. What about adding the
billing phone and main fax number?

I did not check, but i think that phone numer, faxnumber and website address
is already on there....
On the other hand if you implement it in a way that if the data is not
available it will not show, everybody can show what he want....
When you change, take also the size parameter away from the logo....
