DSMLv2 Schema Does Not Compile

Hello,

I tried compiling the DSMLv2 Schema using the JAXB implementation,  
attached is the NullPointerException I get, along with the schema (from 
the oasis group).

Please create an issue in Jira, and attach the schema there.

(Doing things that way has the advantage, that you have to decide 
explicitly, whether we may add your example or excerpts to the
test suite.)
