   This pull requests contains a set of changes:
   * A JenkinsfileDoxygen is added for automating the generation of Doxygen docs. The Jenkinsfile is used for:
     * Nightly updating of the [latest Celix Doxygen docs](https://nightlies.apache.org/celix/latest/)
     * Generating Doxygen docs for Celix releases. Up till now this was a manual process which is now automated and can be used by clicking the _Build with parameters_ on the [doxygen-docs Jenkins job](https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Celix/job/doxygen-docs/).
   * Removed the bash script which needed to be executed manually after every release.
   * Removed the generated documentation from version control.
   * Updated the releasing page to clarify how to use the newly created Jenkins job.

   nice works Roy!. Having the latest doxygen generated IMO really helps improving the usability for Celix.
