Address review feedback on Hibernate 7 SQL projections

- A column alias quoted with double quotes, backquotes or square brackets
  may hold any character, including a doubled closing quote, and is still
  removed from the projected SQL, so grouping by it renders valid SQL.
  A group by clause may name a quoted column alias.
- Test a Hibernate BasicType resolved by the session factory end to end.
- Add packedAt to the Box example of the guide.
