Add tests to check that the metadata key 'org.apache.spark.legacyDateTime' is saved correctly depending on the SQL configs:
# spark.sql.legacy.avro.datetimeRebaseModeInWrite
# spark.sql.legacy.parquet.datetimeRebaseModeInWrite
