Plugin "goals" report on site not being generated with annotations ?
Looking at http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-surefire-plugin/, I
see that the "goals" section on the site hasn't been generated since
version 2.12, while the rest of the site is at 2.12.4.
And surely enough, it's not being generated with site 3.2/mpir2.6
(using mvn -Preporting site in the maven-surefire-plugin subdir) , and
it appears to have been caused by the switch to annotations on the
plugin. Is this a known issue, is there a jira for this ?

Thanks a lot, Herve! I find surefire classloading less scary than
site troubles... ;)

IMHO, it's not because of plugin annotations but use of reportPlugins
parameter of site plugin which blocks reports from classical reporting
section: mpir, javadoc, jxr, nothing is generated, not only plugin report
I tried to replace this reportPlugins section with reports, but it fails with
ClassNotFoundException on SurefireBooter: IMHO, the config introduced as part as
SUREFIRE-828 according to git blame never worked but this wasn't causing
failure: reports were simply ignored.
I can commit the config if you want, even if the site doesn't build at all: I
don't understand class loading problems within Surefire
