I noticed that the code in the implementations of *org.apache.ignite.internal.metastorage.server.KeyValueStorage* is very similar in some parts, I suggest moving similar logic into an abstract class.

*org.apache.ignite.internal.metastorage.server.persistence.RocksDbKeyValueStorage*
*org.apache.ignite.internal.metastorage.server.SimpleInMemoryKeyValueStorage*
