[jira] [Updated] (HTTPCORE-436) Port from Apache Commons Logging to Apache Log4j 2

Gary Gregory updated HTTPCORE-436:
----------------------------------
    Description:
Port from Apache Commons Logging to Apache Log4j 2.

For this component, there is no {{main}} use of Commons Logging, only from {{test}}.

I propose we do this one no matter what since it will give us a good test bed.
