    fix(ci): sync docker cache-ref pins to Dockerfile's PY_VER
    
    #44458 bumped the Dockerfile's ARG PY_VER from 3.11.14-slim-trixie down
    to 3.11-slim-trixie but missed two consumers of the hard-coded cache
    tag: superset-frontend.yml and frontend-bundle-size-nightly.yml were
    still pulling apache/superset-cache:3.11.14-slim-trixie, a tag nothing
    exports anymore. This was failing
    tests/unit_tests/scripts/docker_cache_ref_test.py::test_cache_ref_matches_dockerfile_py_ver
    on every PR's required unit-tests job.
