[KIP-1321 |https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/spaces/KAFKA/pages/421956773/KIP-1321+Headers+aware+StreamPartitioner#KIP1321:HeadersawareStreamPartitioner-PublicInterfacesdeprecated `StreamPartitioner#partitions(String topic, K key, V value, int numPartitions)` in favor of `partitions(String topic, K key, V value, Headers headers, int
numPartitions)`, which gives partitioning strategies access to record headers. Built-in partitioners already throw UnsupportedOperationException if the deprecated overload is
 invoked. This subtask tracks removing the deprecated overload in 5.0.0
