We've done cutoff for 0.13 release, so if you want, [~dss-2009@yandex.ru], now is a good time to return to this pull request, it will go in 0.14.

We would like to remove the deprecated methods and mark it as @Unstable to avoid the overhead of dealing with deprecation. The @Unstable annotations will be removed when the {{NetworkConnectionService}} interfaces are stabilized and ready to completely replace the existing {{NetworkService}}.
