linking current implementation status

Hi,

In addition to my two first tests, here are the BE that we pass now:

- linking-inBound-BE-03.svg

	Except the xpointer test which crashes (it seems that we have a bug in the
	SVG URI fragment parser). A fix will come soon.

- linking-outBound-BE-01.svg

	Expect the 'link to remote' because we are not a browser plugin :)

- linking-view-BE-04.svg

	Seems to work fine!

- linking-view-BE-05.svg

	Seems to work fine!


PS: Just for fun, you can try this in the location bar of svgbrowser:

samples/anne.svg#svgView(viewBox(0,0,200,100))
