Icon. Upon click, present bulk ops menu.
Appears above the checkbox on the table header.

Bulk Ops Menu is a cascading menu, three levels deep:
1st level: select which hosts to apply operation on
2nd level: select which objects to apply operation on
3rd level: select the operation to perform

Host-level operation confirmation message:
"Are you sure you want to Start|Stop|Restart All Components on the following X hosts?"
"Are you sure you want to Turn On|Off Maintenance Mode on the following X hosts?"
Slave-level operation confirmation message:
"Are you sure you want to Start|Stop|Restart DataNodes on the following X hosts?"
"Are you sure you want to Turn On|Off Maintenance Mode for DataNodes|NodeManagers|TaskTrackers|RegionServers on the following X hosts?"
"Are you sure you want to Decommission|Recommission DataNodes|NodeManagers|TraskTrackeres|RegionServers on the following X hosts?"
Also List of Affected Hosts should be available on popup.
