### Use case
As an engineering lead, I want to collect the relationship between `issues` and `commits` so that I can measure metrics such as `xx bugs per 1k lines of code`.
### Description
- [ ] collect issues' commits info from Zentao APIs, similar to
- [ ] add the configuration to extract `commits` and `repos` from issue remote links, similar to what Jira's [issue_repo_commit_convertor](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/blob/main/backend/plugins/jira/tasks/issue_repo_commit_convertor.go) does
- [ ] store the data to `table.issue_commit_repos`
